Pamela and her team are absolutely the best. All other renovation companies pale in comparison. She worked day and night to deliver what we wanted so that we were happy with our home. She never forced an idea on us and if we were not completely satisfied with a design she simply would figure a solution in a creative and imaginative manner. Her team is also top notch. She demands the best from every member and boy do they deliver! All of the workers were courteous, polite and professional. This is the second major house project she has worked with us and we plan to always only work with her for any other future projects. I cannot recommend Pamela and her team enough. It was the best decision we made!

The team that worked on the project were all very professional and excellent at their jobs. I can not say enough good things about each of them. I am totally satisfied with the completed project. I would add that the promptness and accuracy of the billing method was great as well.

Once again Pamela has done a fantastic job for us. Two years ago Creative Renovations completely remodeled our master bathroom, and it's everything we wanted and more. It's beautiful. When we decided to update our kitchen, we called on Creative Renovations again, and once again Pamela and her team were incredible. The kitchen had last been re-done 25 years ago and it was showing its age. We now have new countertops, new backsplash with Pewabic tile accents and new cabinet hardware, and a kitchen that is gorgeous, functional and up-to-date. The job was done quickly and efficiently, as we knew it would be, because that's how Pamela and her team work. She kept us informed of costs and timing as the job progressed. I can't praise Creative Renovations enough!

With Pamela & Creative Renovations, we rebuilt our foyer, powder room, laundry room, mud room, dining room, & kitchen. Pamela was outstanding at working with us to design a space that made the best use of our home. She masterfully balanced the guidance she gave us on design decisions while consistently reminding us that it was our home, & we needed to make decisions that were right for us. A major factor that set Creative Renovations apart is Pamela's team of contractors who she's worked with for many years. Pamela inspired confidence with her team approach & exhibited extraordinary leadership & organizational skills during every phase of the project. Her contractors were all incredible. Pamela's builder, Angelo, & his son, Brandon, were amazing – their attention to detail, technical expertise & pride in their workmanship were matched by their warm & professional demeanor. Chris the plumber, Mike the electrician, Dave the mason & Eddie the painter were all wonderful to work with. Pamela ensured they came needed & checked in with them & us daily to make sure everything was running smoothly. Whenever there were issues of any kind, whether it was the range hood showing up damaged or concerns about the placement of an electrical outlet, Pamela worked tirelessly to resolve them all. Our project was big, time consuming, & expensive. We are thrilled with the results, & would never dream of doing our future projects with anybody else.

In spite of setbacks due to COVID-19, Pamela and her crew were able to build my dream-come-true addition. Every member of the team was professional. Pamela was easy to work with and her goal was to provide me with exactly what I wanted, 100% satisfaction. Now my kitchen opens up to a lovely dining area with a sliding door that leads to my backyard and large windows that offer a view of my garden. I'm so happy. S. Innes

Pamela helped us do a complete renovation of the main floor of our house, including the kitchen, a powder bath, foyer, dining area, living room, wet bar and a loft office/crafting area. Working with Pamela and the sub-contractors that work with her was a great pleasure. The renovation is beautiful and fully accomplishes the objectives that we had for the project. Pamela is excellent with details, down to the smallest item. She provided regular status reports, stayed on schedule, delivered what was promised, stayed within our budget, and gave us very complete and detailed written accounting for all expenditures. Ours is an old house, with "old house" issues....Pamela communicated very clearly and in a timely whenever an issue would surface, which allowed us to choose the best solutions. I highly recommend Pamela and Creative Renovations for your next renovation project.

Very happy I hired Creative Renovations for a complete kitchen renovation. Pamela Livingston Hardy was easy to work with and respectful of my budget. Pamela kept me informed of when workers would be at the house and gave frequent updates. The tradesmen who worked on the kitchen are superb-especially Angelo, the contractor, Chris the plumber and Tim the electrician. They paid attention to detail and clearly and patiently would answer my many questions. Angelo and Chris gave welcomed input on an issue that occurred that was not even related to the kitchen remodel. Various problems arose, throughout the project and Pamela always took care of them in a very timely manner. I never felt "pushed" to choose a particular product, style, etc, and appreciate how she guided me through the process. I feel the finished product is exactly what I wanted, and I love it! I highly recommend Pamela.

Pamela did a great job transforming our 1980s era master bathroom into a gorgeous modern bathroom. We had a long wish list and she worked with us to keep within the budget while giving us what we wanted most. Her workers were all excellent, showed up on time and worked hard to keep the job on track. Pamela kept in close and constant touch with us, providing weekly updates on timeline and cost. She kept things running smoothly throughout the project and was great to work with. We would highly recommend her!

We retained Creative Renovations to do a full renovation on a condo that we had recently purchased. From the start, Pamela Livingston Hardy impressed us with her professionalism and attention to detail. The project was completed within the timeframe committed at the start which helped us greatly in the planning of selling our house and organizing our move to our new home. Her team of tradespeople is excellent taking great care to complete each aspect of the renovation to the highest building standards. Also, as issues arose, Pamela addressed each with a sense of urgency even after the project had been completed. We could not be happier and endorse Creative Renovations without reservations.

We hired Pamela to build a large master bath room and walk in master bedroom closet. She reconfigured (and gutted) existing space formerly used for a small 1950's master bathroom (shower, toilet and one sink) and three separate closets. I worked closely with her throughout the design and planning phase and appreciated her attention to detail and creative ideas to utilize every inch of available space. The end result is a beautiful large master bath with shower, stand-alone tub, long vanity with two sinks, toilet, linen closet, and floor to ceiling dresser/cabinets. In addition, we now have a large and very functional walk in master closet. Her team of tradesmen are top notch. Always arriving on schedule, the quality of work is excellent and they are particularly concerned about my satisfaction. The size of the job grew once her team was on site because I asked them to expand the size of the front hall closet and also build a wall of closets in the basement for additional storage. The guys make sure they are minimally disruptive and clean up every night before they leave. Pamela presented me with a proposed budget and stuck to it. She communicated with me daily, was on the job site several times a week consulting with her team and consistently followed up quickly if something wasn't up to her standards. Creative Renovations is the BEST! I trust Pamela and her team and can't imagine taking on a project without them.

Pamela and her team did an excellent job on our project (2 bathroom remodel, master closet & laundry room construction, whole upper level refinish, & all windows and doors replaced) and I definitely recommend her for any project, big or small. We didn't always agree on styles, but what sets her apart are her high level of communication, her flexibility, and her contractor team. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our project. She has relationships with many vendors and I thought got us very good prices on everything. She was in constant contact with updates, decisions, purchases, and with weekly budget updates. We always knew what to pay and when and knew that ahead of time. We put her through the paces with some midstream decisions and project expansions, and she handled these flawlessly, rapidly adjusting the work and acquiring what was needed. And she usually had very good ideas to contribute to our decision process. Lastly, her team is awesome. She has a core team who seem to work together on all the projects. They are individually very good but also synchronized and know each other's needs. This was a level of coordination I had not previously experienced, and I thought it worked very well to minimize hiccups and delays. Overall our project cost more than we anticipated, but that was because of our decisions. I think she saved us considerably in the end. She will be back for more work on our home in the future.
